Debug Tag Page - Posts Not Showing

Quick Questions

1. What do you see on the tag page?
   • Blank page?
   • “No chapters found” message with debug info?
   • Just the header/title but no posts?
2. What’s the exact URL you’re visiting?
   • Should be: http://localhost:2368/tag/story-ai-companion/
   • Or: http://localhost:2368/tag/ai-companion/
3. In Ghost admin:
   • Go to Tags → Find your story tag
   • What’s the exact slug? (should be story-ai-companion)
   • How many posts does it show?

Try Different Filter Syntax

I’ve updated the template to try tag: (singular, no brackets) instead of tags:[].

Rebuild and upload:

cd ghost-theme
npm run zip
# Upload to Ghost

Alternative: Check if Template is Loading

Add this at the top of tag.hbs to verify the template is being used:

If you see this HTML comment in the page source, the template is loading.

Check Post Status

1. Go to Ghost admin → Posts
2. Find your story posts
3. Make sure they’re Published (green dot), not Draft
4. Click on a post → Settings → Tags
5. Verify the tag is assigned

Test with Default Theme

1. Switch to default theme temporarily
2. Go to the tag page
3. Do posts show? If yes → theme issue. If no → content/tagging issue.
